Forge a Full-Tang Blade (Runs Quarterly, Two Day Class)

“Spice” Level 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ 4/6

Welcome returning students.

Time to make a “real” knife

In this two-day class, you will learn how to create a knife with a sharpened, polished, and hardened full-tang blade.

This class is perfect for those with previous blacksmithing experience who are ready to tackle a challenging project. Guided by a skilled instructor you'll immerse yourself in the art of knife making, including tapering, beveling, sanding, heat treating and sharpening. Working with 1084 steel, you will forge a small blade, heat treat it and assemble it with brass or copper pins and hardwood scales of your choice. This class is available as a custom class if three people request it. Add your custom class request here.
