KNIVES
and
BLADES
Looking to hammer out a blade?
After forging, a belt grinder is used to remove stock and reveal your blade’s edge. Ears/Eyes/Lungs: protection is required and provided to all students. We accommodate disabilities and adaptive equipment.
If you’ve had experience in the smithy:
The Full-Tang Blade could be the project you’re looking for. If not, Curriculum Classes are recommended by 100% of blacksmiths if you want to design your own blade. Celeste and her blacksmiths are making new knife classes, stay tuned!

If you’re new:
“Intro" classes are set up for new smiths to feel out the art in a single session, and two of those classes are blade making (currently).
“Intro” Railroad Spike Knife is our most attended and popular offering. A classic design, challenging steps, and boy does it shine up nicely.
“Intro” Sword Box Cutter has more steps, but the final product is addicting to hold and sharp! This knife is slightly easier to forge since it’s such a svelte little thing.
See all our classes or sign up for an “Intro” class below. Enter Quantity first if you’re bringing a friend or a group.
