Our private classes are tailored for groups and individuals who want a tailor built experience. Whether it's a team-building event, a birthday, or an anniversary we can create an event that suits all your needs.
Booking a Private Class

Why Choose a Private Class?
Customized Experience: If you have a specific project that is not part of a fully developed class, a skilled professional can guide you to create the project you have envisioned
Celebrate Creatively: If you have a gathering of family and friends that doesn’t coincide with an existing class, or is not quite right for the occasion, we can add a class on the calendar just for you.
Teambuilding: Blacksmithing classes are great social events, with lots of room for collaboration. We can also do welding and other projects to incorporate a larger groups of coworkers.
Personal Welding Instruction
Cost & Structure:
1 Person: $375 for six hours of personalized instruction.
2 People: $250 per person for six hours. Don’t have a friend who can join you? Contact us and we can coordinate private instruction alongside another student. (Dependent on private instruction demand.)
Group Classes- 4 hour introductory classes begin at $150 per person with a minimum of two people. 6 hour welded lantern classes begin at $200 per person with a two person minimum.
Why Private Welding?
Private welding classes are ideal for beginners or those with some MIG welding experience. HINT: It will cost you less to take a basic welding class first to learn safety and MIG basics.
After mastering basic techniques, individuals can explore their own creative projects under Jenny’s expert guidance. Imagine building something unique while gaining the skills to work independently in our shop.
Students will have a conversation with Jenny to discuss the scope and timing of their projects. Material costs are the responsibility of the student and will be determined before the class. Welding fabrication takes time, and it is not possible to accurately predict how long. What we can predict, is the skills and supplies you will need to make it happen.

Personalized Blacksmithing Instruction

1 Person: $540 for six hours of personalized instruction
2 People: $360 per person for six hours of personalized instruction.
