This is a dedicated space for all blacksmith enthusiasts to gather, share ideas, and hone their skills in a supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced smith, you’ll have the opportunity to work on personal projects, collaborate with fellow artisans in a supportive atmosphere.
Our sessions encourage camaraderie and inspiration as you strike metal, learn from each other's experiences, and celebrate the art of blacksmithing.
Labs run from 4pm-8pm. Just drop by and ring the doorbell on the gate to be let in. Prices are per session. Previous students only.

Adults and Youth Age 16 and up may attend this class. Youth under 16 require an adult to be present.
Blacksmithing is a hot labor intensive activity. Just like any other exercise activity you should be in good physical condition to participate and/or should consult with a doctor.
Four student per class maximum. A minimum of two students is needed for the class to run. Any cancellations will be announced 3 days before class. All attempts will be made to avoid cancellation.
Clay and Steel is a small business. Please avoid any cancellation or rescheduling within three days from the start of class. I do understand that last minute events arise. If a student finds they are unable to attend a class within 72 hours before the start of class, we will be happy to offer a spot in a class on another date.
